Isabella Thomson, known as Bella Brave on TikTok, passed away at the age of 10 due to complications from an intestinal disease last Sunday (July 14) in Toronto, Canada.
Bella’s mother announced the star’s passing on social media. “Our brave little girl has left her legacy here on earth to dance on the golden streets from July 14, 2024 at 16:19 ET”, wrote Kyla Thomson.
Bella faced serious health issues due to a rare intestinal disease called Hirschsprung’s disease. She also suffered from severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID).
The young girl underwent an intestinal transplant to treat her illness last August. Last week, she was hospitalized with intestinal infections, and doctors had to put her in a coma to perform treatment, but Bella did not survive.
“Bella passed away peacefully in our arms”, said the mother in her tribute to her daughter. “Please help me let the world know that I need them to share with us how Bella has touched their lives, helped them, or how she lives on in their hearts and lives”, Kyla asked her followers.
